A native of Belgium and with a degree in Public Relations, Tourism and Languages (French, Dutch, English, German, and Spanish,) Pascale developed a passion for soft adventure travel in 1989. She worked in Europe as a scouting specialist for an adventure travel tour operator. She created, developed and implemented programs designed to stimulate the youth into active travel, where combining local cultures, wilderness adventures, and personal growth would foster the beginning of a more conscious ecotourism and green travel behavior.

Pascale has been awarded Lifestyle Specialist (LS) and Destination Specialist (DS) by numerous national tourist boards . She is an active member of the Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA), the Cruise Line Industry Association (CLIA), and the Association for the Promotion of Tourism to Africa (APTA).
